Simple instructions for logging in, and fixes for sign-in issues

To sign in to Tablo, you must use your unique email address and password. Your account is your own. Never share your password with anyone.

To sign-in to your Tablo account:

  • Click Log in.

  • Enter your email address and password, then click Log In.

If you are having trouble signing-in, find the issue that mostly closely applies to you:

  • You forgot your password.
    If the Welcome back! window, is still open select Reset your Password. Or, go directly to Reset your password and enter the email address for the account you are trying to reset. We'll email you some instructions.

  • You forgot the email address you use to sign in.
    Send us a message with some detail about your account — for example, the name of one of your books. We'll look up and retrieve your email address.

  • You think someone else is using your account.
    Can you still access your account? If yes, log in and change your password to secure your account. If you cannot access your account, send us a message and describe what has happened. We can step in and help.

  • You see the message "Login or password was incorrect".
    Check your email address is in the format (or .net, .org, etc.). If you have more than one email address, make sure you're entering the email you used to create your account. Passwords are case-sensitive too, so make sure caps lock is off. If you still have trouble, try resetting your password.

Reset your password

You can reset your password two ways:

  1. If the Welcome back! window is open, select Reset your Password.

  2. Go directly to Reset your password.

Enter the email address for the account you are trying to reset. We'll email you some instructions.

Change your password

To change your password, follow these steps:

  1. On your My Books page, click the ⚙️ at the top, then scroll to Email & Password.

  2. Enter your current password.

  3. Enter your new password twice, and click Change Password.

Important: Never share your password with anyone. Tablo can't tell you what your current password is. All passwords are encrypted on our servers.

Browser errors

You may see a web error page when trying to load Tablo.

  • 404 We're sorry, this book is no longer available.
    You are trying to access a page that doesn’t exist or that no longer exists. If you entered the address manually, check it is correct.

  • 500 Something went wrong.
    There is a technical problem with the web server. Tablo may be down for maintenance or temporarily overloaded. This error often goes away on its own. Wait 10 minutes, then check the page again.
